Many people who attend courses and classes also compliment their group training with private tuition to really focus on the improvement of their techniques and tactics - or just work on specific self defence scenarios that are important to them personally or professionally.

Some people also don't feel comfortable working with a group. Others feel they would benefit from more personal attention to make the most of their potential skills. Our private sessions are specifically designed to help you improve in the fastest way.
